The control unit is equipped with a large graphics LCD screen that allows the current temperatures and the functions carried out by the cooling tank to be simultaneously checked at any given moment, such as cooling, agitating or cleaning. The finger-touch menus take the user step by step through the various functions.
At the slightest irregularity, the Dolphin activates an alarm signal and an indicator lamp lights up, allowing the user to intervene instantly, and protect the valuable tank of milk. Optionally, the Dolphin can forward an alarm message to a designated mobile phone, for a remote warning system. The Dolphin’s fully automated logbook, accessible via a PC means that the cause of the error can be traced.
